The principals of Haverford Properties have over 70 years of combined real estate, operations, and management experience and have completed transactions in 15 states exceeding $3 billion in value across all real estate asset classes. Our experience enables us to take on complex projects that others might overlook.
We have completed transactions valued at over $533 million since our founding. We currently manage over $160 million of investor equity across our portfolio, with over 1.13 million square feet of space under management.
We manage our investments in-house and are hands-on operators with end-to-end capabilities including asset and property management, brokerage, and leasing.
